We prioritize natural, long-lasting materials such as GOTS-certified organic cotton, llama wool, and yak wool, sourced with deep respect for both the environment and local artisans.
How should I care for my knitwear?
To prolong the life of your garments, we recommend airing them out rather than frequent washing. When necessary, hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent specifically designed for wool.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 3-5 business days depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund.
