We want you to be fully satisfied with your aiayu purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Carefully place the products in their original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original labels and hangtags are included.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery information.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
